Lucy is a very young girl who is just out there. She has a very unique sense of style that even confuse her family, which consists of a father, mother, and older brother+sister. Living in Hawaii all her life, she felt like an outcast with the rest of the Hawaiians as they were more into nature and lively things, where she was completely opposite. It has been only been a few days that she moved to South Park and she already wants to leave as she doesn't like snow/tons of white things.

All of her life, Lucy has been known as Queen of the Non Conformists. She's into creepy and deathly things, as seen through her obsession with Jack Skeletion and beings like him. In Hawaii, her outfits were usually dull and black that often had skulls scattered around. However, when she was moving to South Park, her mom and sister took her out shopping for new clothes, hence why she has some lighter clothing. Though Lucy minded at first, she came up with cool designs with her new articles of clothing and learned to semi like her new outfit designs. To also help color coordinate her outfits, she bought tons of temporary color dye for the tips of her hair so they are always changing depending on what she's wearing.

Though Lucy's clothes say differently, Lucy is actually a very shy and introverted girl. She has a hard time talking to new people and will often ask/say strange things that can confuse some people. With that, she's very hesitant to be trustful with things about her but, if you earn her trust, she'll begin to open up and tell you some of her weird obsessions. However, she's trying to fix her trust issues by believing EVERYTHING that someone says, leaving her to be very, very, very naive and being really upset when she finds out someone lied to her.

School is a nuisance to Lucy. Though she does decently well due to her strict family dynamic, she's often daydreaming of the future and ideas that randomly pop in her head. See, when Lucy grows up, she wants to be a writer and also create her own cartoons. She tends to be quite creative and wow certain people with her writing/drawing skills. However, she still is learning and is constantly updating her style as she gets better and better.
